Robert Troch, president of Institute of Injury Free Athletics, is a personal trainer, performance
enhancement specialist and yoga instructor. During his time as a running coach and
competitive distance runner he developed an injury, eventually ending up in an Ashtanga
yoga class offered through the New York Road Runners Club. He immediately took to the
practice, eliminated the injury and within 4 years began teaching the practice to others.  Also
a certified level 1 USA track and field coach, and intrafit representative he lives in Brooklyn
NY.

Michael studies yoga with an intensity that few have matched.  
In the few short years that he has been a student of yoga he
has mastered the first and second series of Ashtanga Yoga.  
Michael took his teacher training with David Swenson.  He has
also studied under Baron Baptist, and other major teachers
across the U.S. and Canada.
A graduate of Cornell University, Michael runs the most renown
 fine restaurants in Cape May, The Washington Inn.  He has
coauthored a book with his executive chef Mimi Woods, "The
Washington Inn Cooks for Friends".   And has also engineered
a popular chain of gift stores "Love the Cook" of Cape May and
Stone Harbor.
A former Basketball player, Michael comes to Yoga from a
background in Aikido.  He is also an avid GO enthusiast.
Sharon began her interest in fitness with her early training in classical ballet.  Linking physical strength
with movement naturally lead to Ashtanga Yoga practice.  
Sharon studied intensively with Beryl Bender Birch and Tom Birch in Culebre, Puerto Rico, and also
Teacher training seminars in the North east Philadelphia area.
Sharon began teaching on the beach in Cape May in 1997.  Since, she has taught various levels of
Ashtanga Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Yoga for seniors and people with restrictions and disabilities.

Kristi Rudolph began doing yoga 20 years ago, as an adjunct to her interest in other somatic arts such as
dance, capoeira, and Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement.
As Staff Trainer and Assistant Fitness Director of Rancho La Puerta Spa in Mexico, she was introduced to
many of the masters of yoga including Mary Dunn, Manuso Manos, and Roger Cole.
She received her Iyengar Teachers' Training from Aadil Pakivahla and her Ashtanga Teachers' training
from Tim Miller.  She moved to the Bay Area to study and teach yoga where she is also a Pilates and
Worldbeat dance instructor.
A former dancer, she has a degree in Psychophysical Education from Antioch University.
Doug Swenson began his study of yoga in 1969. He has had the fortune of
studying with many great teachers including Dr. Ernest Wood, K. Pattabhi
Jois,
Ramanand Patel and many others. Doug is a master yoga practitioner,
philosopher, poet and dedicated health advocate. He has incorporated
influences from several different yoga systems along with his passion for
nutrition and the environment to develop his unique approach. Over the
years
he has authored several books; “Yoga Helps”, “The Diet That Loves You
Most”,
“Power Yoga for Dummies” and “Mastering The Secrets of Yoga Flow”. He
travels extensively offering workshops, retreats and teacher training courses
